ams OSRAM, a global technology leader in intelligent sensors and emitters, has filed a patent infringement lawsuit against Nature Fresh Farms USA Inc. in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. The lawsuit asserts that Nature Fresh Farms has infringed ams OSRAM’s rights in proprietary LED technology by using certain horticulture LED lighting fixtures including the Agrolux Wega Plus.
