AUO Corporation and faytech Tech. Co., Ltd. have signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to deepen their long-term business partnership centered on transparent Micro-LED offerings.

The MOU, signed Friday, August 7, 2026, at AUO Corporate Headquarters in Hsinchu, formalizes cooperation across product development, integration, manufacturing, and go-to-market activities to accelerate deployment of transparent Micro-LED displays in commercial and industrial applications.
