E Ink, a pioneer and leading global developer of ePaper technology, announced a pilot program with JR Tokai Agency, an advertising company within the JR Central Group, to deploy full-color ePaper signage powered by E Ink Spectra 6™ at its Tokyo Station. The trial is scheduled to run through March 2027 and will evaluate how color ePaper signage can support the digital transformation of transit advertising while improving operational efficiency for one of Japan’s busiest railway networks.
